Trying to add subdomains to order form in whmcs

Hello,

I'm currently working on setting up free subdomains within WHMCS and cPanel. While everything is properly configured within WHMCS, I'm encountering some issues on the cPanel side. I'm unsure about the steps required to enable the use of a subdomain for a new user in cPanel, as I'm encountering the following error in WHMCS when placing an order:

(XID ae6xd4) 'testingpe' is recognized as a reserved username on this system.

This occurs at line 673 in /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Create.pm.

Any guidance or assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  Sounds like you have hit a reserved user name https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/accounts/reserved-invalid-and-misconfigured-username/  Try not putting the word test/testing in it.
