database exist without data

I'm using transfer session through API 1 but I have problem with it, sometimes databases are transferred but their data not exist, why is this happened?

  Hey there!  Are you saying an empty database gets moved?  You are able to see the database in /var/lib/mysql as well as the cPanel interface, but it is empty?  If so, that is odd and I don't have a good explanation for why that would happen.

  The transfer API can be complex, so it would likely be best to create a ticket for this issue.

  yes, when transferring, sometimes some accounts databases created but data is missing and not transferred, actually we are checking on somethings like servers and databases policies maybe those are the cause of our problem or not.
