relay smtp to outlook?

Hello Community

i have a technical question regarding email relay.

i have a domain.com on cPanel and i want to relay smtp just for one account john.doe@domain.com via my ms outlook subscription is it technically possible ? 

how to i inject all the emails to another smtp account if i have

host , login pass and port?

any advices are welcome

  Hey there!  Can you get me more details on how you will have this setup?  Do you adjust the DNS records for the domain, or are you just checking the mail at a remote location?
