Restore module (transfer) failed mysql | Stream.pm line 381
AnsweredI am doing a remote transfer via root from server A to server B.
The system successfully migrates the cpanel account files but the database is giving an error with the following message
The “Mysql” restore module failed due to an error: missing: api_token at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Transfers/Systems/Mysql/Stream.pm line 381.
The “ManualMX” restore module failed due to an error: in API token? at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Transfers/Utils.pm line 735.
The “ServiceProxy” restore module failed due to an error: in API token?
at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Transfers/Utils.pm line 735.
Both servers have the same version of cpanel and database

Hey there! I've only seen this come up once before, and we never got a solution to that user's problem:
If a manual pkgacct works on the Source machine, it might be best to submit a ticket so we can do some more direct testing.

I found these errors in the transfer logs

If I'm reading that correctly, those look like the same errors about the token to me. It would be best to create a ticket so we can take a look at this.

I discovered the error, every remote transfer creates an api token in the panel that is sending the backup, my panel had 6 previous transfer apis created. The solution was to simply delete the old transfer APIs. Now it's working perfectly.

Oh nice - I'm glad you were able to find a workaround!
