Custom Global Mail Processing Rules
There is a company that is emailing a lot of my users across different cPanel accounts. They know that people are trying to block them and they use disposable email accounts, but all of their messages have the name of the product they sell (an event management SaaS product) in the subject line. Is there any way to create a rule of some kind for the entire server blocking any mail with that relatively unique phrase in the subject line? I would love to bounce the mail back with a custom error message, but blackhole-ing it would work too.

Hey there! I don't have an option in WHM to block mail based on the subject line, but you can use a cPanel >> Global Filter rule to block this for an entire account.
There are likely customizations you can make to Exim directly on the system, but those manual changes aren't something we could provide assistance with.
