Hey there!  If the hostname access is working normally when you directly access https://host.yourdomain.com, but doesn't work when using the WHMCS system, it would be best to reach out to the WHMCS through their support portal (https://www.whmcs.com/support/) or their forums (https://whmcs.community/) for additional details on that function.

The problem is not with whmcs because all my clients that use whmcs have the same error, I believe that for some reason the hostname is not set in some cpanel file, where I can check where all the server hostnames are!

Are you still trying to use the cprapid hostname?  That should be changed to a valid hostname on your end that you plan to use long-term on the system.

I have already changed whm to a valid host, but I have the same error, even if I always change the valid host, it remains cprapid.

Is there somewhere I can change manually via ssh, because in the directories below I checked and it is correct:

    /etc/hosts
    /etc/hostname
    /etc/sysconfig/network

    but the error remains!

What happens if you type "hostname" on the command line of the server?  Does that show the correct public hostname?

    yes

but this hostname is not being recognized by whmcs using the cpanel api for integration, whmcs identifies the cprapid hostname!

I've edited your post to remove the hostnames - please don't share public information on the forums.

So the server itself seems to know what the hostname should be.  Are you also able to use that to access WHM on the server through your local browser?  If so, it almost has to be something in the WHMCS configuration.

I don't think it's my whmcs because all my clients who use resale whm who use integration with whmcs have the same error 35 resale clients whm cpanel

What are the directories that cpanel sets the hostname to on the cpanel server so that I can manually enter and edit with nano via the command line in the terminal

There aren't any special files for the hostname besides the ones you've already mentioned.  If the hostname is showing up properly in WHM, and it's working for normal WHM access, and the OS also agrees, the issue is something else.

It would be best to submit a ticket to we can check this out and confirm the issue.
