E-Mail Sync Problem

Hello,

My client have approx 100 mail ids on my cPanel Server but 1 email id INBOX showing 1531 mails but when I check on terminal under mail directory there is showing 2042 mails.

Why it is not showing is there any command to sync all mail and display on webmail?
