  Hey there!

  Main Domain - this is the domain that is created as part of the cPanel account creation.
  Subdomain - sub.domain.com is an example of a subdomain
  Addon Domain - an addon domain is a separate domain hosted under the same account.  For example, you could have otherdomain.com on the same account as maindomain.com, and the files would be located in /home/username/public_html/otherdomain.com.
