Change WHM/server DNS name servers?

How do I change these nameservers?  do I directly edit /etc/resolv.conf?  I do not want to add/setup a nameserver, I just want to change what nameservers my WHM server uses.

  Hey there!  This would be showing you a list of what NS records are specified inside various DNS zones on your machine, so you'd want to edit the individual zones it mentions to make changes.

  If you're referring to what your server itself uses to perform DNS lookups, that is what is set in /etc/resolv.conf.
