    I've just had the same thing happen. All suspended but no obvious reason. Something about a parent service. All invoices are paid though. I just raised a ticket

    Known issue - call customer service on the phone and they will manually fix license until dev teams fix problem

    The problem appear to be licenses with "addons." Any of my servers with Imunify, etc. is suspended, straight cpanel w/o addons is still fine.

    You need to call in and get custom service to fix it.

    they moved to WHMCS for their store.

    This is all kinds of messed up.

    I've tried calling in. I just get a dead tome when going to #3 or a message saying there is no-one to take your call. I guess they are a little busy. What a mess.

    I had to try calling a few times to get into queue.

    How long I'll be sitting in queue is another question though... what a nightmare.

    Not happy about this..... Its great being completely locked out of our own system due to a bug in their billing......

    I can understand a billing system issue, but surely there should be some checks/warning's/time before locking everyone out?

    Cant get through to customer support (que is likely full).

    Might be finally time to jump ship.

    You think there'd be a grace period from license expiring to deactivation considering how expensive licensing has become.

    We were only on hold about 10 minutes and support got it sorted.

    Sucks but could have been far worse.

    Here it keeps redirecting constantly and it doesn't work.

    Same thing here. License just stopped working today after my billing was processed on 2 April 2024.

    License with add-ons for Jet Backup and Imunify360.

    Error message:
    The cPanel license server said that a license could not be issued for your server (66).
    For more information visit: https://www.cpanel.net/lic/

    The exact message was: The license is expired. (server_ip)

    I've attempted to contact support but says my call can't be completed at this time. If anyone at cPanel is there, can we please have an update on the situation ASAP

    Same here too! All our Licenses. Even though payment went out, and can confirm all invoices were "Paid". Have lodged a ticket. hmm!

    Of course this happens when I take a sick day!

    The short story is that there were issues with a store upgrade.  We're fixing it in batches so if your account isn't taken care of already, it will be soon.
