Service SSL suddenly do not renew

Hello, 
On one of my servers from one day to the next, the hostname certificates are no longer renewed. Even trying:

 /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts

The system returns this:

The system will check for the certificate for the “cpanel” service.
The system will attempt to replace the self-signed certificate for the “cpanel” service with a signed certificate from the “Let’s Encrypt™” provider.
The system will attempt to install a certificate for the “cpanel” service from the system SSL storage.
None of the certificates in the system SSL storage were acceptable to use for the “cpanel” service.
The system will attempt to get a new certificate for the domains:

delta.mydomain.com,
autoconfig.delta.mydomain.com,
autodiscover.delta.mydomain.com,
cpanel.delta.mydomain.com,
cpcalendars.delta.mydomain.com,
cpcontacts.delta.mydomain.com,
ipv6.delta.mydomain.com,
mail.delta.mydomain.com,
webdisk.delta.mydomain.com,
webmail.delta.mydomain.com,
whm.delta.mydomain.com,

P.S.
I can't open a ticket and my provider give me zero support on software/cpanel.
Stuck after 2 day of tries and test with a 60$ / month software.

    Hey there!  I'm guessing you're not using those sub.host.domain.com domains, so you can just delete those from the DNS zone/webserver (if they exist there) so they won't be renewed.

    If your host isn't able to resolve an issue they should have escalated it to us.

    I have no DNS zone for the hostname in the WHM. I don't know where to look with ssh.

    I opened a ticket with my host 3 days ago and I am still trying. But the first replies make me realise that I am unlikely to get any assistance. 
    Now this certificate thing is not so impactful so I am being patient, but if I had a more serious problem it would be unacceptable for a professional software like CPANEL to wait weeks for support. We are at the level of a free host panel at this point.

    You could always purchase your cPanel license directly from us and then you would get priority support as part of the license cost.
