Service SSL suddenly do not renew

    Hey there!  I'm guessing you're not using those domains, so you can just delete those from the DNS zone/webserver (if they exist there) so they won't be renewed.

    If your host isn't able to resolve an issue they should have escalated it to us.

    I have no DNS zone for the hostname in the WHM. I don't know where to look with ssh.

    I opened a ticket with my host 3 days ago and I am still trying. But the first replies make me realise that I am unlikely to get any assistance. 
    Now this certificate thing is not so impactful so I am being patient, but if I had a more serious problem it would be unacceptable for a professional software like CPANEL to wait weeks for support. We are at the level of a free host panel at this point.

    You could always purchase your cPanel license directly from us and then you would get priority support as part of the license cost.
