Hey there!  is the server part of a DNS cluster?  If the domain exists in the cluster that would also prompt this error.

Server is parte os DNS cluster.

I forget to write, that the other member in the cluster is the same for the problem. (Is a cPanelDNSOnly

    - has not entry in /etc/named.conf
    - has not /var/named/setdarty.es.db

What if you do a grep on the webserver through all of /var/cpanel/userdata for the domain it is complaining about?  Does that show the answer?

    As I said before,

When searching in /var/cpanel/ and particularly in /var/cpanel/user/setdart there is no reference to the domain setdart.es

However, after doing click in the domain installation and despite failing, the process writes an entry in /var/cpanel/user/setdart with the following information:

    [root@kvm401 ~]# cat /var/cpanel/users/setdart| grep setdart.es
    XDNS1=setdart.es

For a new attempt, I delete said entry and run /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updateuserdomains

It will likely be best to create a ticket on this one then since we'll need to do some more advanced troubleshooting to find what is causing this.

    Ticket?

Cpanel no longer supports licenses that are not its own.

Even if the mistake is yours, I am clear about it. If it weren't his mistake, there wouldn't be any problems with these things.

The server has a mail node. (in good times the client uses that thing)
Well, there, the domain was left without deleting and that is what produces the error, which should not exist.

    > Error: The “PRIVATE_create_parked_domain_for_user_on_child” request to “kvm409.setdart.com” as “root” failed because of an error: API failure: (XID by3tb8) Sorry, An error occurred while adding dns zone: Could not store zonedata for setdart.es on kvm409 Could not remove setdart.es from the Bind configuration (named.conf) on kvm409 Configuration may be in an inconsistent state on kvm409

Of course, remove all data relative to domains and verify:
    - Not in /etc/named.conf
    - Not in /var/cpanel/userdata/USER/domain.tld

The funniest thing is that not even the domain uses the DNS of any of the cpanel servers involved.

That's correct, but if your host isn't able to resolve the issue they should escalate the ticket to us.
