DKIM records for domain?

So, is everyone supposed to install these records cPanel recommends?  I should add this TXT record to my domain's records at my registrar where I manage the domain.  Is that right?  to help with email delivery.

  Correct.  If your DNS is not handled on the server itself but rather at the registrar, you should add the DKIM key listed in your cPanel to your DNS records at the registrar.
