Does cpanel sends DMARC reports?

Hello! I’d like to know if cPanel can send DMARC reports to external domains that had the dns registry in place. Thanks

  No.   You would need to install/use some specific software to do that.   I don't know if there is any free / opensource solution for that.   Out of the 100s of thousands or millions of servers / platforms sending and receiving email, there are very few actually sending out DMARC info.  And those typically are huge email providers like Microsoft, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Comcast, etc.   It's just not something that is done regularly on a standalone server apparently.   I've never gotten reports from any email provider other than one of the very huge ones.
