Share files between hosts

Is it possible to share files (physical paths - read only) between hosts?
Using different cpanel accounts and without using addon domains
All accounts are on the same WHM/IP

Example:
/home/slave1, /home/slave2, ... reads files in /home/master

  Hey there!  No, there isn't a supported way to do this on a cPanel system due to the permissions of the accounts.
