webhook is block by cPanel server since 16-04-2024

My customers Hikvision attendance devices configure with domain.com/webhook was able to auto sent records to cPanel > MySQL all the while until 16-04-2024 about 6pm Malaysia time.

Hosting company have disable all security, firewall, uninstall Imunify but still not able to receive records. My programmer replace https://anydomain.com /forward-request?domain=domain.com on the device and able to receive the records but will be a tedious work to configure all devices one by one and may potentially block again anydomain.com by cPanel 

Any expert to suggest a permanent fixing?

  Hey there!  We'll need some more details about the issue before we can provide advice.  Can you confirm what this tool was doing and what error messages you are now seeing?

  Hikvision attendance device setup webhook:-

  The devices are able to auto-upload attendance records to <redacted> (cPanel) until 16-04-2024 6pm. Since then, the device failed to upload but able to upload to other server such as <redacted> (Plesk).

  Hosting company have remove all security , firewall but still failed to upload and no logs recorded.

  If we use forwarder ie <redacted>, the records are able to upload.

  I removed the domain name from your previous message.

  This doesn't sound like something that would be related to the cPanel tools on the server so you'll want to troubleshoot that specific app.  Does it leave logs anywhere you can check?
