Self signed SSL certificates won't update with AutoSSL and won't let me open my website

Hello, 

I purchased a hosting + domain plan. Inside cPanel it the main domain section it said my domain (redacted) has this validation error DEPTH_ZERO_SELF_SIGNED_CERT. I tried running AutoSSL multiple times, and the certs stay self signed. I can't access my web, as the browser won't trust it, so I get a ''can't reach site error''. Im a little bit frustrated. Thank you

  In WHM under Options select:

  Allow AutoSSL to replace invalid or expiring non-AutoSSL certificates.

  then run the check again.
