Database size is too large and unable to delete
I've discovered a large database of around 400GB in my cPanel, which I did not create. However, when attempting to delete the database, I encountered an error.
MySQL® Databases There was a problem deleting the database " ****naw_wp311". The system user " ****naw" does not control a MySQL database named " ****naw_wp311".

Hello,
I'm not 100% positive, but that error sounds like a mapping issue. Can you try running something like this:/usr/local/cpanel/bin/dbmaptool ****naw --type mysql --dbs '****naw_wp311'
Then seeing if you can remove it?
If that still doesn't work, you may need to remove it from the command line using the mysqladmin command.0 -
I seem to recall something similar happened to me in a user's cPanel account years ago, and how I resolved it was this - I created a new empty database in the user's cPanel, added a new / unused user to the empty DB, and then I was able to delete the "stuck" DB and clean it all up.
But I would definitely take cPanelPeter ' s advice before mine, as I do not have his level of expertise and my workaround was quite primitive.
