Site Quality Manager Upgrade
I have one user that wants to upgrade his Site Quality Management from the Lite package to another package. He wants to pay for it.
When he goes to Manage Subscription he gets a message of "This feature is not available for your account."
If I look at the docs it says "Subscriptions are only available if your hosting provider enables them." I am the hosting provider, so how do I enable this so the user can take advantage of this new feature?

Hey there! Eligibility for these upgrades is tied to the license provider -- the company you purchased your cPanel license through. Upgrades are currently only available if the company who issues the license agrees to it, which I don't believe has happened in your case. If your license was purchased directly from cPanel the option would be available.
As far as the "Manage Subscriptions" button showing in the user settings, this will be hidden in the next release as part of case CPCLOUD-3444, as it was not intended to show up for users unless upgrades are available.
