How to repair index.php

Hello. Is there a way to repair or edit an index php file.It's crucial to access to my domain please.

  The best way would be to download the stock version of the software again and just replace index.php file.

  I found that the code was built within Codeigniter. Is there a way to fix it please

  cPanel doesn't have any relationship with Codeigniter, so I don't have anything to offer on my end for this one.
