    Hello,

If the receipients server accepted the email, then it's out of your hands.  The recipient should check with their provider to find out what happened to the message.

    Hello,

It happens with all client server emails such as gmail, outlook, icloud.

    Thanks cPanelPeter.

    Hello,

So you're on your server (or on.workstation)? and then sending through your server from a gmail account (or at least with the From: set to a gmail.com address) and to the same gmail.com address (basically an open relay), and you didn't get the message?  I would check your spam folder no gmail.com to see if it's in there.

If not there, I recommend you open a ticket with your license provider to have someone further investigate that.

Can you run the following command from your server to test the connection?

    telnet gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25

Note, you may need to install telnet with the "yum install telnet" command.

Is this happening with all emails on the server that you try and send, or only with specific recipients?
