Assistance Required: Website Not Working with Cloudflare
Hello cPanel Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my website which is hosted on your platform and integrated with Cloudflare. Recently, I've noticed that the website is not functioning properly when Cloudflare is enabled. Here are the symptoms I'm observing:
- The website is intermittently inaccessible.
- Loading times are significantly increased, sometimes resulting in timeouts.
- I occasionally receive errors related to SSL/TLS handshake failures.
I suspect there might be a configuration issue either on the hosting side or within Cloudflare settings that is causing this disruption. Here are some specifics about my current setup:
- Domain: <redacted>
- Hosting platform: cPanel
- Cloudflare settings: Default settings with DNS and HTTP proxy (CDN) enabled.
I would appreciate any guidance you can provide on how to resolve these issues. Specifically, if there are recommended settings for Cloudflare or adjustments on the cPanel side that I should implement, please advise.

Hey there! This post doesn't give us much information to work with - usually when there is an error with Cloudflare it gives you a 500 warning of some sort indicating where the issue is. However, if things work well on the site with Cloudflare disabled it would seem the problem is on their end or their connection to your server.
If you have more details or specific error messages I may be able to provide better information.
