Hey there!  Just to confirm, new domains created after the PTR and hostname change work properly, correct?  If so, it sounds like the SPF or DKIM may need to be refreshed on the old domains.

Does this issue happen anywhere else besides Gmail?

the issue doesn't happen anywhere else, i used https://www.mail-tester.com/ it delivers to the email address here with point 10, and i just added a new domain just to make sure is not about the old domain , the one i added does this same exact thing and it is only for gmail , I don't know whats wrong here it works for some domain while others it tends not to work
and my spf record are my server ip address and about dkim its generated automatically can a new one b generated for me check if it solves this

Thanks for the additional details.  It seems like Gmail is just blocking your messages, then, as that error document points here:

    https://support.google.com/mail/answer/188131?visit_id=638506411069206561-480266061&p=UnsolicitedMessageError&rd=1

You'll likely need to follow the instructions on that page or reach out to Gmail support to resolve the issue.
