Need Help with cPanel Reset and Contacting Support
Hello cPanel Community,
I hope everyone is well. I’m in need of resetting my cPanel to its initial configuration and am unsure of the correct procedures to ensure everything is done safely and efficiently.
Could anyone guide me on how to perform a complete reset of cPanel? Are there specific precautions I should take to avoid losing important data or impacting server operability?
Additionally, I'm experiencing issues submitting a support request through the usual channels—it seems I'm unable to upload a request. Does anyone have advice on how to contact cPanel technical support under these circumstances?
Any guidance or resources you could share would be immensely appreciated. I’m also curious if this process could affect any licenses or require adjustments to server-level settings.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Gerardo

There is no way to "reset" a cPanel account without losing data. You can terminate the account and create it again but you will lose all data there. Have you bought the cPanel license directly from cPanel? If not then you need to contact the reseller or your hosting provider for support.
