Issues retry time not reached for any host for 'gmail.com'

    Hey there!  Are you able to run the following command from your server and make a successful connection?

    telnet gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25

    Note: you may need to run "yum install telnet" if that tool doesn't exist on your machine.

    cPRex it just stuck on Trying 74.125.71.27...

    Just to further confirm, what if you try this:

    telnet outlook-com.olc.protection.outlook.com 25

    for the telnet gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25   it got an issue Trying 2a00:1450:400c:c02::1b...
    telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Cannot assign requested address

     

    and for 

    telnet outlook-com.olc.protection.outlook.com 25
    same Trying 52.101.73.25...

    Thanks for the confirmation.  This shows that your server just isn't able to send email in general as port 25 is blocked by your provider.  You'll have to speak with your provider to see if they can unblock that on their end, or you'll need to configure a smarthost as outlined here:

    Actually this is hosted on my Aws instance and i am using cpanel licence so i have full control on both side can you tell me what to chnage in that case

    It doesn't matter that you have full control over the server - AWS blocks port 25 outside of your machine.  Details on this, and a way to ask them to remove that restriction, can be found here:

    Unfortunately I can't - since cPanel doesn't provide that service I don't have any official recommendations.

    The Elastic IP, as far as I understand it, is just the IP address assigned to your instance.  If that's true, it's already configured in cPanel & WHM to send properly.
