Mail Server dont work

I recently had to install one of the OVH templates (Almalinux + WHM/cPanel) to be able to launch my web server. I have installed it in the Service ns3021461.ip-37-187-145.eu that we have contracted.
Well, it turns out that the mailboxes are not authenticated and access to the webmail does not work.
I have been seeing in the system and mail logs that the problem is that the dovecot mail server is not working:
