cpanel not loding

I have create the account and account creation also success. But CPanel not loading getting login  api failure

  Hey there!  It would be best to check the logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see if there are additional helpful details there, as there is usually more information there than what is shown in the user interface.

  In the error log. I have a 408 timeout while creating a secure connection

  I would recommend trying a forced update of the system with the following command:

  /scripts/upcp --force

  If that doesn't solve the issue, we'd like to see a ticket about this problem.
