Erase calendar or contacts associated with an email address
I am populating cPanel Calendar and Contacts associated with an Email address from MS Outlook using CalDav Synchronizer. Something happened (which I will describe below for those interested) which resulted in my Calendar now having 2 copies of each calendar item. I'd like to wipe clean the cPanel calendar associated my email address, and then re-synchronize from Outlook to make it right again. I don't see how to clear the calendar. Can I do this?
Contacts are OK, but I'd like to know how to wipe those too, if such is possible.
Here's how I got into this mess. Suddenly CalDav Synchronizer started failing when synchronizing MS Outlook calendar/contacts to cPanel. I logged into cPanel, clicked "manage" for the email address in question, then clicked "Calendars and Contacts Configuration". Lo and behold - the URLs were different than what I had configured. I'm guessing cPanel updated, and the new version updated CalDav/CarDav implementation in a way that was not backward compatible.
If I can't clear my calendar/contacts, I'm thinking of a new strategy moving forward: I'm thinking to create a "shadow" email address for my main email address. I'll synchronize Outlook Contacts/Calendar into CalDav/CarDav of the shadow email address, and use DAVx5 on Android devices to synchronize Calendar/Contacts from the shadow email address. This way, should my cPanel calendar or contacts get corrupted again, I can just delete my shadow email address and recreate it. I won't have to preserve any email because the shadow email address won't be used for email.
I am not expert on any of this stuff, so please excuse me if this shows.
Feedback of any type welcome. Thank you!

Hey there! Do following the steps here accomplish what you're looking for?

Thanks. I saw that, but I'm not sure this will do the trick.
First of all, this action is outside the context of a particular email address, so presumably it manages address books for all email addresses, and not just the one that is the problem.
Second, the documentation says, "You cannot delete the default calendar or address book." The address book that is messed up is the default one for a particular email account.
Related - Is anyone else seeing new instability with Calendar synchronization? Yesterday I set up a new CalDav Synchronizer profile to synchronize my Outlook Calendar with cPanel CalDav of another email address. It worked. It continued synchronizing until sometime this morning. Now CalDav Synchronizer seems to report a corrupted calendar entry in cPanel CalDav. I can see the entry in the RoundCube calendar, but can't delete it. I'm told that the delete failed.
Now, in addition to wondering how I can clear my entire cPanel CalDav calendar, I'm wondering how I can delete a single calendar item other than using RoundCube?

I spoke with the team and I'm not finding any supported ways to manually remove data directly from the roundcube database without causing problems.

Thank you. Was CalDav recently updated and now causing problems? Or is it just me?

Yes, CCS was completely removed in version 120 and integrated into cPanel, so it's an entirely different service now.

Different indeed in that Calendar Synchronization via CalDav Synchronizer no longer works for me! It worked before. Are others having similar problems? Any chance you all can look into what's going wrong in my case? Thanks!

Forget it... since version 120 it doesn't work with third parties like Caldav Syncronizer or EMClient because of a timezone translation problem. cPanel works on the IANA timezone and they are fighting the development team to release an update to solve it... but it's been several long weeks without calendars. Through webmail or devices (IOS or OSX) no issues where caldav is native.
The revision that will correspond to the resolution is 44128.
