Website database location

Hi All,

I'm in the process of offboarding one of the website from cPanel.

I took a full account backup and handed over to an owner of the website.

However, he says that he is unable to access database. 

I gave them access to the cPanel WHM but the database still not accessible.

Where is that database located and how can I give access to it? 

Isn't it included in full account backup?

  hello,

  if you are using cpanel backup you can find it in /mysql:

  The /mysql directory contains the account’s MySQL® dumps for any of its MySQL databases. It stores these files in USER_database.sql format, where USER is the account’s username.
