You need to install a new certificate as soon as possible. You can do this with WHM’s “Manage Service SSL Certificates” interface at server.com/2087/scripts2/manageservicecrts
But - I don't see anywhere / how to auto-renew the Let's Encrypt ssl. The only option is to issue a "reset" and that will mean using a self signed certificate, which I don't want.
So how to renew the Let's Encrypt ssl ?

Hey there! You don't need to do anything - the certificate will renew when it gets closer to the expiration date.
