I think it is available on the cPanel, but the general profile is generated in the Manage AutoSSL inside WHM.

Since that isn't something we test on our side I can't provide an official answer, but I don't see why it wouldn't work.  Is there a particular reason you'd rather use it outside of the included Manage AutoSSL tools?

    Hi,
When creating an account, I checked the SSL menu and noticed that subdomains such as cpanel, cpcalendars, webdisk, and several others are automatically generated. How can I remove these subdomains in WHM? I do not want these subdomains to be created automatically when an account is created because, when AutoSSL is enabled, Let’s Encrypt will attempt to verify these subdomains as well.

You can do that from WHM >> Tweak Settings and ensure the "Service subdomains" option is unchecked.

    Hi.
Regarding the mail.webserverzxxy.com subdomain, under which section can I find information about it?

The mail subdomain is created a serveralias on all new cPanel accounts, and there isn't an officially-supported way to remove that.  In the past, we've recommended directly modifying the userdata for a domain and rebuilding Apache, such as the discussion here:

    https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/19662735296919-Mail-Subdomain-added-as-alias-to-main-domain-in-httpd-conf

but is that causing an issue for your site or SSLs in some way?
