Where are the new ELS Support Fees listed?

In the email that just went out it stated that there would now be additional fees that we cannot opt out of if we're running CentOS 7, and it said this at the end of one of the paragraphs:

Please review our updated Technical Support Agreement which sets out the terms of ELS Support, and the ELS Support Fee.

That fee is not listed in the document they linked to, nor is it listed on the pricing page. How much are we getting hit for here?

  We're a NOC partner and the fee was included in our email.  I'd suggest that you open a customer support ticket to get the pricing if it was not given.

  Oh, it's an image! Those are not shown by default in many clients, including Thunderbird. I didn't even think to check that, thanks.
