Global excluding files / folders from backup Alma Linux 8

I found here: https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/backup/how-to-exclude-files-from-backups/

To exclude files / folders I edit /etc/cpbackup-exclude.conf ...

But that file is not in my install. Do I need to create it or has the location moved please?

Alma Linux 8, Backup is already set up to go to S3 and valid and working.

  That is the file with the default values, unless you edit the file.

  Are you sure you are editing the file as root?

  Hi and thanks.

  The file appeared in the directory at the time the first backup was started.

  Hopefully that useful to know for anyone else missing the /etc/cpbackup-exclude.conf file.
