i get error message when downloading jetback backup
Hi, I am getting a funny error message when I try to download a home backup created with Jetbackup 5. The error i get is
Download process for the account videohob failed in 1 Hour and 8 Minutes. Error: rsync: [receiver] write failed on "/home/jetbackup/workspace/download/666365411a1e9030570931fb/homedir/thoreric.no/public_html/video.thoreric.no/upload/videos/2024/02/1R6jwv8JefsRRjIDCT5h_24_7a707f079ff8a134b4ff3417e2d4feb1_video_480p_converted.mp4": No space left on device (28) rsync error: error in file IO (code 11) at receiver.c(380) [receiver=3.2.7] |
How should i fix this?

The answer is in the message:
No space left on device
It looks like your /home file system might be full

Hello,
More than likely this is not where your backups are located, this is where JetBackup is downloading/staging the backup.
Backups are stored where you defined your destinations. The Downloads Director is defined under Settings, General Downloads Directory. You'll want to make sure that file system has enough room to download your largest backup.
