3 days ago cpanel was reaching eol in 24 days, and the very next day it's 5 days. This is across all of my clients:

How exactly does that work? You arbitrarily decide to bump up this major migration 10's of thousands of people need to deal with by almost 3 weeks?

  Hey there!  There was recently an issue with the date check that caused it to show a negative number of days.  You can be sure that date hasn't changed, plus there is extended support for CloudLinux 7and CentOS 7 customers that you can read about here:
