WordPress Timeout error

When I use my domain name in WHM/Cpanel on a wordpress installation, it keeps timing out. The server itself works just fine, it's the wordpress. I actually moved over to a new hosting service and the problem followed me. I tried a different install with a different panel and the wordpress works fine. Something in my install of Cpanel causes the wordpress sites to timeout. 

A lot of ERR_TIMED_OUT 

Any ideas?

  So after a lot of googling and trial and error I found that something with the version of WP-Install in Cpanel has an issue. I installed a completely different (and limited) panel program, installed a site and everything worked. But not in Cpanel.

  I ended up re-installing the server from the template my hosting provider gives us and then ran a yum update on all the modules. I also to be safe did a yum reinstall of the wp-install module. Since then everything seems to be ok but we'll see.
