We are aware of an issue after updating to cPanel versions 11.110.0.65, 11.126.0.21, or 11.128.0.11, some cPanel plugins or features are no longer functioning properly including WP Toolkit. Presently, updates for releases are temporarily disabled while we continue working on a solution for the missing addon features directory. Transfer Tool Warning Fails To Connect With Json-Api

I'm using the transfer tool between from WHM 116 server to 120. It transfers the accounts but there's a couple errors always about failing to connection using the API so it uses SSH instead. The url has json-api in it.

Is this because something isn't turned on, on the source server or is it due to difference in WHM versions?

Hey there! Could you paste the exact error message you're seeing? There aren't any issues migrating between those WHM versions, so seeing the whole line mentioning the error will likely point me in the right direction.
