AlmaLinux8 update error

Hi team,

We are trying to upgrade our WHM system to AlmaLinux 8 from CentOS v7.9.2009. We performed a test upgrade on a backup of our server so that if everything goes well, we can repeat the process on the production server. However, the upgrade failed on the backup server.

During the process, after updating to AlmaLinux 8, we noticed that it remains stuck for a significant amount of time at an intermediate point in the upgrade, while booting the system:

After staying at this point for 2:30 hours, we decided to cancel the process by forcing the machine to shut down. After rebooting, it returned to the same point. After waiting several minutes, the following messages appeared:

Is it normal for this point in the upgrade to take so long?

Is there a way to skip or optimize this step? We cannot afford to leave our customers without email and services for such a long time.
