MultiPHP Manager Not Loading (Cent 7)
So we are in the process of updating an old app that needs to run on PHP 7. Started getting EOL notices and reached out to our Datacenter to make sure when CPanel goes EOL that our stuff will continue to run. The next day I pushed a commit on a different product and noticed the php 8 handler wasnt being added to the .htaccess. I manually added it and logged into CPanel and this is what I see 
I was on another thread here and found it may be Yum issue and was assured CPanel did nothing .... apparently they needed to add IPV6 for something to work Yum and the datacenter fixed it.
But Multiphp Manager is still spinning. Nothing in the error log

It looks like it is returning the data instantly for the XHR requests but the page is not recognizing it Tried in diff browsers

Hey there! Have you tried a forced update of cPanel with the following command?
/scripts/upcp --force

I expected the error as it is going to be EOL ......

Sure, you'll still get that error, but it can sync any files that may be missing.
