webbrowser fails to detect subdomain and subfolder

Hi, I am having an issue with my browser (all) fails to display applications installed on sub-domains and sub-folders. I have enter the correct a records for these, but still i fail to display them. I get error message that domain is not linked to folder. How do I fix this? Thor Eric

    Can you provide us with the exact error message received in your browser? Is there any error logged to the Apache error log when you visit the site? For reference:

    The errors i get is sometimes Hmm. Can't find the page your looking for without a 404 error code even I have set the a records correct and other subdomains i get no error message, but blank screen that takes forever to stop loading.

    A 404 error could have many potential causes. It seems that this is likely an application-level error, as the Apache error log doesn't appear to contain relevant entries for this error. Does the application you're using require an .htaccess file, and if so, have you verified the correct .htaccess is placed in the document root? We have some general troubleshooting steps for 404 errors below that may help:

    If this doesn't help to get the issue resolved, I'd recommend opening a ticket, as having server access would likely aid greatly in troubleshooting this:

    Thank you very much Del Piero! I have opened a support ticket. I tried to grant you access to the server, but I think I failed because i did not get confirmation message for granting server access. Sorry for this.
