cPanel databases
Hi there,
So the segfault bug was horrible timing for us. We were just doing an upgrade from 5.7 to 8.0 on a legacy machine to start elevating it to AlmaLinux and got hit with the inexplicable segfaults. Few hours in and the article gets published there's an upstream problem, ugh.
Anyway, very long story short: I had to destroy the mySQL datadir in order to get mySQL running again. (Yes it starts running again when you do that, but obviously you lose all databases).
So I have backups of all databases, but I couldn't find any information anywhere about mySQL databases that may be created by cPanel for its own use. Is there such a list and/or is there a command to recreate them? (eximstats comes to mind as an example. RoundCube's maybe.)
Thanks.
