Error: Failed to register your cPanel account with Site Quality Monitoring: [xpr8k3] Failed to create a new Site Quality Monitoring user. Check that you have not already signed up with this email address.

 

How do I check if I already signed up with this email?

  Hi,

   

  For your existing sites that use Site Quality Monitoring, the email address in-use appears to be stored within the /home/cpanelusername/.koality/config file. If you've already signed up with this email for another account, a work-around you could try would be to use plus-addressing for the email (such as signing up with myemail+1@domain.tld)
