    If you go to cPanel -> Email -> Email Deliverability
    is the Email Deliverability Status for that domain Valid?

    Yes, everything is ok in Email Deliverability, the problem is receiving.

    Well in that case there is nothing you can do, the problem is in the sending end.

    They must correct SPF and/or DKIM records.

    No, that wasn't the problem. The hosting account that I did not receive was mine, I did not receive it from anywhere, all the emails bounced with the same message. I wasn't even receiving cPanel's own messages.

    I opened a ticket with cPanel and they did not find the problem, they only responded with links to the knowledge base that I had already read and tried several times.

    I finally solved the problem by transferring the account to a secondary server. I deleted the account on the original server and transferred it back from the secondary to the original. Now he receives well.

    It's a shame they couldn't find the problem that could help others.
