Failed to validate for SPF and rDNS(PTR) records

    You likely aren't in control of rDNS.   Your provider likely is.   You will likely need to contact them to set reverse DNS, or perhaps they have an interface in their system where you can set it.  You would not be setting rDNS in WHM.

    As for the SPF failure because of DNS query timeout, you need to check and make sure that your system allows inbound/outbound TCP/UDP Port 53 so that you can query outbound and others can query your server inbound.   Either that or your local resolvers in /etc/resolver.conf are not functioning.
