    This is not a cPanel issue. Your IP was blacklisted for sending spam. The link given to spamhaus explains all details you need to find and fix the problem. If you don't know how to use those details, you need to hire a competent system administrator to do it for you.

    Did you actually click on the links to spamhaus and follow them and "Request Removal"    Ultimately your server provider is forcing all your outbound mail through cloudfilter.net mailservers, and one of those cloudfilter.net server IPs ended up being blacklisted by spamHaus.   the operators of cloudfilter.net should be the ones taking care of i.t

     

    BUT, the option does exist for you to select that you want to request delisting.  You should use it.   And, you should open up a ticket with your server provider and let them know of the issue so they can approach it from their end.
