mysql can not restart after cpanel update

This is third time. First time solved by downgrade. Second time it was this:

how the admin solved i don't know. 

Anyways i moved to new server with cloud linux on top of alma linux and again happend now.

  I'm pretty sure that MySQL has not yet released a fix for this, so the fix is same.  Downgrade and then version lock MySQL so it won't upgrade.  Once the fix is released, you can remove the version lock.
