Mail subdomain is active

I have seen mail.example.com is active as A records needs to be added due to mail server inside cPanel. How to avoid seeing mail.example.com link?

  Hey there!  There is not a specific cPanel need to have the mail A record in place.  That is only required if you'd like to use it.

  if you and your customers don't need that, there is no cPanel requirement for that.
