unknown emial account

Hi, 

I manage a server, and there is a client who is using external mail services, when I created this client account in the server I didn't configure the cPanel email for this client, however I was scanning the server and I founded  that there is a weird thing, i funded a folder under the name /home/clientusername/mail/new/ and it was receiving emails.

 

Any help please ?
