Unable to Connect to SMTP Host

I was checking on MXtool box when i pressed on find problems. I found this error message with an other error message. 


Any help would be appreciated.

We have the DNS configured so not sure what is the issue

  You're not really supplying a lot of information.  Is it a local SMTP host or remote? If it's remote, you may want to check with your provider if they allow connections to remote hosts.
