Domains do not resolve

The server is up and running but none of the domains resolve unless they are set up through cloudflare.

  Hey there!  You'll want to check the DNS for a domain after you have removed it from Cloudflare so you can identify the issue.  I like to use https://intodns.com/ as that will perform a number of checks to ensure the domain is working properly.

  I have had this issue come up multiple times.

   

  The domain would resolve to the IP address on cloud flare and not cPanel. After speaking with cPanel support they informed that in order to manage DNS inside cPanel you had to have custom name servers set up then you could manage the DNS inside cPanel

  Ia m using Linode right now, as I choose not use cPanel to manage DNS, I hope this helps.
